Robert Powell (1 de junho de 1944) é um ator britânico conhecido pelos papéis principais em Mahler (1974) e Jesus de Nazaré (1977), e por sua interpretação do agente secreto Richard Hannay em The Thirty Nine Steps (1978) e sua subsequente série de televisão derivada. Outros papéis importantes no cinema incluem Tobias "Toby" Wren no programa de ficção científica da BBC Doomwatch (1970).
