Patrick Wayne Swayze, (Houston, 18 de agosto de 1952 — Los Angeles, 14 de setembro de 2009) foi um ator, dançarino, cantor e compositor norte-americano. Começou sua carreira como dançarino clássico, interrompendo-a por problemas recorrentes de lesões originadas na juventude pelo futebol americano. Decidiu então priorizar sua carreira como ator. Estrelou filmes de sucesso como Ghost, Dirty Dancing, Donnie Darko, Point Break e Steel Dawn . Seu último trabalho foi como Charles Barker, um agente do FBI, na série The Beast. Foi nomeado em 1991, pela revista norte-americana People, como o "Homem mais sexy do mundo".
