Sinopse
No Rio de Janeiro da década de 1990, uma onda de sequestros assola a cidade maravilhosa. Quando o secretário de segurança e o chefe da polícia encarregam três policiais corruptos de tirar a cidade dessa situação, a Delegacia Anti-sequestro precisa entrar em ação para enfrentar o repetitivo número de casos envolvendo sequestros e mudar o cenário carioca.

Brazilian police drama, based on real events, set in the 90s, when in Rio, the 12-year-old daughter of a congressman was held captive for 7 days, in a wave of kidnappings, excellent action scenes, horror and bloodthirsty (the darkness got in the way of the great scenes of exploding heads and the gore experience that we love), an intelligent plot, Brazilian police films positively surprise and enchant us, great performances, excellent production...
