A Brazilian horror and fantasy film inspired by the myth of Medusa to tell the story of a group of young women who do everything they can to maintain the appearance of perfect women, submitting themselves to a regime of oppression. The film tries to shock and does its job well in visually disturbing (interesting photography, with close-ups of dirty drains) and intentionally in the increasingly current idea of ​​critical repulsion to the restraint imposed by patriarchy, something was missing from perfection, but great. Many, many years ago, the beautiful Medusa was severely punished by Athena, the virgin goddess, for no longer being pure. Today, young Mariana belongs to a world in which she must do her utmost to maintain the appearance of a perfect woman.
