Bob Cuspe: Nós Não Gostamos de Gente

A Brazilian animated film made in stop motion (a very graceful, very meticulous visual style, full of details, I would define it as perfection), based on the character Bob Cuspe by the São Paulo cartoonist Angeli (who I vaguely remember from my childhood from the comic book “Chiclete com banana” and Rê Bordosa (I think from the newspaper strips). However, the script is not very interesting, aesthetically perfect, but the story, mixed with documentary, does not connect, but still, yes, a fantastic work... Stop-motion animation that mixes documentary, comedy and road-movie. It tells the story of the character Bob Cuspe, an old punk trying to escape from a post-apocalyptic desert that is actually a purgatory inside the mind of its creator, Angeli, a cartoonist going through a creative crisis.
